March is known for its early spring and St. Patrick's Day. Unfortunately, the luck of the Irish was not upon the monthly Classic Eight. Luckily, I found this prewar apartment with a spectacular terrace with a hint of Central Park views. The interiors have some of the usual marks of a 1930s building with built-in bookcases and moldings. However, it looks as if it was renovated fairly recently and missing some of its period charm. This apartment will set you back a cool 3.3 million.
