Located in the landmark The Studio Building, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, duplex is priced at 4.6 million. Seems semi-reasonable for an amazing New York apartment??? Just know that the monthly maintenance fees are steep at almost $10,000 on top of the mortgage. Wowza!
