As stated, before the typical Classic Eight apartment is a rare find in Manhattan real estate. This is mostly due to these apartments being divided into smaller units. With this caveat, I present the December 2022 apartment which is a true Classic Eight. Located on 5th Avenue with views of Central Park, this apartment seems to be a steal at 3.7 million. It was prewar details with beamed ceilings, large rooms, a fireplace, and moldings. As you will see on the floorplan, it still designates the staff rooms. Enjoy!
