In the summertime, the living is supposedly easy, but you will probably think the fish are jumping when you see this month's C8. Since true classic eight apartments have been few and far between, today we go big...really BIG! Not only does this apartment have a private elevator and classic prewar details but it is a whole floor!!!
By no means is this an affordable apartment. More like a dream of a dream, especially with a listing of 35 million. Even if you could rustle up the down payment, be warned! The monthly HOA fees are almost $24,000.
